I bought a comforter from home choice and took out 2 loans with finchoice and I paid off all the accounts in May but ever since its been trying to get the acconts written off I've been getting sms that I owe them when I do call the call centre they can't help this is so frustrating I wish I had never taken things from home choice cause its really annoying to have to call everyday and speak to a different person who have no clue on what's happening I wish this could be just sorted out once and for all

Ever since this whole matter they've been going in and out my account as they please and I have to go back to the bank to reverse the amounts I never know that paying off the accounts would be such a hassle
