Pathetic service at Makro Alberton

Never in my life had I experienced such terrible service from Makro Alberton. I purchased a Fujitsu laptop from Makro Alberton on the 8th of July and it took me over 90min. Firstly the marked price was R1000 more than advertised on the website. Then, I was told that all the stock of that laptop had been opened, but was assured by the salesman that nothing was removed from the boxes. I insisted to see the manager to get a discount, due to all the boxes being open and having no guarantee that no one tampered with the products. I waited for more than 45 minutes, but no manager. At first I was told that he was on his way only to find out that he was in a meeting. His meeting was clearly not very important as he could speak to the salesman over the phone, but not to a customer. I unpacked the box only to find that the sleeve containing the Windows 8 disc was empty. It was clear that someone tampered with it, as the seal of the sleeve had been broken.
All I wanted was the disc which should have been in the box. I wanted another Windows 8 package, to which I was refused. Still I have no disc, nor has the manager ever attempted to contact me to rectify the issue. Pathetic!
