I got to the till to pay for my things and 1st and foremost I was the 1 who greeted the cashier.to cut the long story short he gave me a tiny slip and asked me to fill it in and I did that but didn't fill in my ID.he the asked N insisted I fill in the ID no. I told him I am not comfortable with filling in my ID then he rudely said ok you are going to take this slip to the customer care yourself since you don't want to listen.while I was signing the receipt he turns to the other cashier and comments"she doesn't know how to use her brains and once her card gets blocked that is when her brains will work and she will start thinking properly" keep in mind that as he is saying that nasty comment he is also pointing his head.as I left da till he kept on saying the same thing over and over.in short the cashier said I AM STUPID.he couldn't' wait for me to live the store.is that the customer service edcon is talking about? I didn't get good customer service. I am so angry as I was insulted
