Laptop with Windows 8 not working

Hello Peter

I bought a laptop at Makro and it has OS Windows 8. First there were no problems but now, the laptop is slow, not working probably at all.
I submit a complaint on their website 4 weeks ago but no response!! I'm not staying near a Makro so I must make arrangements to get to one, still waiting response.
