Arrogance of WW even if they cut off their noses

I purchased a blazer, shirt & tie & pants on 04 March 2103 at Sandton WW. My son never used the items &on 01 April I went to WW Cresta to return it as I wanted to purchase some winter clothes for him instead. I dealt with Rudzani & advised her she can just give me a gift card as I am going to buy items at WW for the value of the refund R 829. The blazer, shirt & tie no problem, however the pants was a sale item & I only had until 31/03 to return it. I did not see it at the bottom of the slip, I am one day late. The pants have the tag on & I have the slip. I want to spend R 829 again & more as I needed other items, but for 1 day and R 249 we are not prepared to assist you. We would rather lose additional business in excess of R 829 to proof the point that we are arrogant, customers does not matter. I understand policies, BUT REALLY ONE DAY & LOST BUSINESS?? I will make sure that I give you free advertising worth a lot more than 1 day &R 249. I wonder how the share holders will feel about your common sense theory applied to your business that it is better to lose R 829 worth of business and a customer than using coming sense. Your manager Estras Mote could just smirk at me. Arrogant
