Just to Make a Sale

I went in to the Greenstone Branch browsing the phones, Tshepi assisted me. I didn't want a white phone so before she opened the box, I told her that i might not buy the phone, she replied that it's ok. she opened the box and removed the "do not tamper" seal. I asked her if i don't like the phone anymore can i still return within 7 days, and she replied "yes". Secondly i asked if i can use my mtn sim card in the vodacom phone, she said yes. Now, my mtn sim card is not working, and she neglected to mention that I will void the 2nd year warranty on the phone if i use another sim card.

Well, I am not happy, and want to return the phone as promised. Spoke to Michelle the Store Manager and apparently they don't do it. I was made a promise, now you need to keep it. If it doesn't happen, I will take it further, that I can promise you.
