Blackberry stopped working.

I pay insurance every month and the phone is still under warranty.

I took the phone back to the River Square Branch.

i get a phone call and the guy recons me the claim is nil and void.

You opened the phone he says???

I did not open the phone.

I dont even have the special tools

And i know that the insurance will expire if i do so.

It seems like this is there latest not to fix phones that are not working.

It still under contract, and when i handed the phone in it had never been opened.

They obviously opened it.
