I bought a cell phone on 24-12-12 and only 2 realize that the phone has a fault where I insert the memory card, I took it back on the 26th, n told to wait for the 27th so that I can take it for assessment as it is a vodacom product. As a customer, was it really my responsibility to take the phone to vodacom shop whereas I bought it at American Swiss? I called their customer service on the 27th n they told me to take the phone back to the store n tell the manager to call them! So until today they told me they are still looking for that same phone for me from other stores, I mean 3 weeks looking 4 a phone from over 1800 stores? And my installment has been calculated with the balance of the goods that I don't have with me nor used at all! Now I bought a new phone, I don't want that phone anymore and I would kindly like to see it being credited back to my account so that I can pay all the balance and close the account, I don't want anything to do with that TFG anymore and never again. It has no use for me just causing me trouble n wasting much of my job time. And I am really taking this further and surely spreading the word with the bad n poor service I received.
