Honour the Price tag

I was in Musica Cavendish and saw Ugly Betty DVDs Season 2 and 3 priced at R159.99 each. On the season 2 DVD it had a promotional sticker saying 1 for R159.99 2 for R239.99 - I thought "good deal" and took the 2 DVD's to the front. There I was charged R159.99 per DVD (R318, 98 in total as opposed to R239)

I then told the cashier that he had not rung up the special. He said it was not applicable and called the manager. He told me the same thing and that it was a suppliers sticker - this makes no sense at all. Surely if the sticker is not applicable it should be removed from the DVD case, else the price tag should be honoured. An error like that should not be my problem. I ended up not buying the DVD's
