I bought a my meg500 bundle on Monday 27/05/2013, and next to the bundle the cost states R99.00. After the purchase I received an sms stating that R159.00 will be deducted from my account and that was indeed done. I phoned customer care immediately and I was given a reference number and was told I will be assisted with in 24 hours. Today is Thursday, still have NO feedback.

I would like to know how Vodacom can advertise one price and after the purchase charge another price? I expect to only pay R99.00 for the my meg500 bundle as to the R159.00 that I was charged!!
