Bad Pricing/Managing

I went into Mr Price Home this morning to purchase a lamp shade. I found one marked R149.99 and this was not a sale or reduced price. When it was scanned, the price I was quoted was R159.99. When I showed the salesperson the tag she simply said to someone that there was a discrepancy in the pricing. However, the manager did not come over to rectify the price issue and I paid the R159.99 price. No apology was offered and no attempt was made to sort the situation out..

Given that we have so little choice in Grahamstown, it is not simply a matter of me deciding to frequent another shop and as such I feel the service needs to be addressed by this branch.
