After experiencing similar problems before I contacted CUM head office and was assured the problems will be addressed. On Saturday the same problems occured. Cum uses a white sticker for normal priced items on which a blessing card holder can get 10 - 15% discount. They also use a yellow sticker which is a sale price and no discount applies. On Saturday I wnated to buy the film for a few Pastors. On the shelf we found DVD with two stickers, a white sticher reading R 99.96 and a yellow one reading R 99.95. When I asked the cashier she insisted that I must pay the yellow sticker price which is the special price with no discount. When I explained that this is wrong and that you can? have a "special price"which is basically the same as the normal price I was told that nothing can be done. A woman named ria came in and rudely told us that we should pay the yellow price and that's it. Yesterday I phoned the branch, spoke to the manager and I phoned head office. Both said thaey will phone back - neither did!! I explained that we had simmilar experiences before when we bought Bibles. Sadly CUm has lost it's integrity. They tried to "rob" us, then got rude and now they are lying. SAD
