Deliberately Deceitful?

I was browsing in CNA when I came across a special for their PS3 Games which was displayed as "Buy 2, get the 3rd one free (on all games priced the same)"

Thinking that this was in fact a brilliant deal I spent 30 mins browsing through the games trying to find three games of the same price. I eventually found three games (each R249) but when I went to pay for them they wanted to charge full price for all 3 games.

I pointed out the sticker on the game explaining the special but the teller was not aware of it, so I spoke to a manager who said it was only valid if a game had a sticker on it. When I pointed out that there were only 2 different games with the sticker on it the manager said that it was unfortunate? I asked that they at least remove the special if they are not capable or willing to offer the special. I continued browsing through 4ways mall and returned to CNA about 90 minutes later to find that nothing had been done to try and rectify the mistake with the special, which I can only assume is deliberate.

Very disappointed CNA, I am generally satisfied with your service.
