We bought a Hisense TV 55", 3D LED. When received, it was in the incorrect box in the first place, total different tv on box than what we thought we bought. Opened the box, polysterene was broken in pieces, meaning the box fell, or someone openend it. Took tv out, smelled burnt out, was damaged on the side, and look like it has been standing in the sun, marks at the back of tv. We phoned dion wired, spoke to Audrey, manager at that time, she said we must bring back tv, and they will give us a new, correct one. Got to the store, customer service was shocking. We waited about 45 mins just for Audrey to appear, and come and see us. We explained story, and waited some more. They were more interested in other customers, leaving us hanging. Selvin who originally organised the deal for my husband, he could not have cared less. Just said Audrey must phone other branch to see if they had stock, we had to go and collect it ourselves. No effort whatsoever was done to see to our complain, they did not apologise for inconvenience or anything. just carried on with other customers.
