SALES PERSON GIVES INCORRECT ADVICE

I was appalled by the service received from Dion Wired Woodlands yesterday. I went to purchase a car charger for my GPS.I told the sales consultant that it was not the thin connection("universal"), but the thicker connection. The guy reacted, "I am sure it is the thinner connection"-as if he would know what I own! This proves that the sales consultant was 1) not listening and 2) willing to sell the incorrect item just to make a sale. It probably works on people who think they are stupid for not knowing the correct term, to try and convince them they actually want the incorrect item, so that as soon as the package is opened, they see what they knew in the first place: they bought the incorrect item because the sales person told them it was the correct item. This event caused that I will NEVER again even enter a Dion Wired shop. The best part: I then went to the "The Gadget Shop". The guy sold the correct merchandise and told me that I am not the first person to enter his shop unhappy about service at Dion Wired. Remember Dion Wired: Word of mouth, especially if you have such a big mouth as I have, does a lot more damage than you might think. Goodbye.
