Dion Wired - If only all retailers were as capable

Dion Wired Boksburg - Each time I go I get great service from Preggy and team.

I bought a 40" Samsung there 18 months ago. It broke and could not be replaced because Samsung had stopped manufacturing that particular model. So Dion Wired honoured my original receipt and gave me a credit I could spend on a new TV.

I bought a TV I turned out not to like. So I returned the TV the very next morning - Dion Wired took it back without a word and a big smile and Preggy showed me to another TV that I preferred. I paid in the difference and took it!

To my despair a few days later I saw that the price of the unit I had purchased had dropped by a considerable amount as DW was having a sale. I phoned to complain and guess what? Dion Wired honoured me again by offering to refund the difference. It took 5 minutes to sort out too.

Each turn included great service and a smile from Preggy and Team at Dion Wired Boksburg.

I can think of several retailers who could learn from my seamless experience!
