We are from Potchefstroom and bought a LED Smart TV at Dion Wired Woodlands. Upon installation in Potch the sound on the TV was in defect. There is not a Dion Wired Store in Potch so I contacted their customer care via their website and received an immediate response and a prompt response from the Woodlands Store. Within two days they replaced the TV in Potchefstroom by means of a courier service! Moreover, Ms du Plessis kept me updated regarding the process three time per day! This is EXCELLENT customer service! Dion Wired has an online shop and believe me they will have a customer for life in me! Thanks Henrietta and the team at Dion Wired Woodlands!
