How do u hire a puppet to run a store?

Patrick Hanong is a puppet, how do u let an incompetent monkey to run a store? well whoever he reports to I got news for u, he is actually doing the opposite making promises he can't keep. I have been trying to buy a bed from house n home Roodepoort since march... it doesn't even take that long to buy a house.
