I was robbed with my phone and the same of being robbed I notified the shop because I pay insurance on my phone I was sure I could get a new one by filing for a claim. I made a case and after that I sent the shop all the necessary documentation that they required from me, so here is the part that me off the most the reason that all these people are working for the same company and each one of them are giving me a different story. I then received a call from their head office and guess what they not calling in connection too my phone but too find out why I'm not paying my account and then I told them exactly why I'm not paying. What upset the most was the fact that they couldn't get back to me about my phone but as soon as I stop paying my account they knew exactly what my number was. So I guess I'm just sick and tired of dealing with this shop.
