Dear Procter and Gamble

After having a great experience with pampers active nappies for the last 3 yrs, I was very disappointed to find the "new style" nappies inadequate, both my sons were soaked through after using these new style nappies for one night. I then contacted your customer complaints department and was told that the nappies would be collected by courier the very next day and I would received vouchers to put towards my next two bags of nappies. This was 4 days ago, 2 working days and I am still waiting for the courier and have not heard from the customer service department again. I am very disappointed as I have been a loyal supporter of pampers despite them being one of the most expensive nappies on the shelf. Please sort out the quality of your new style nappies, my philosophy - if it is not broken don't fix it. I was pleasantly surprised by the initial service, but again was disappointed by the follow through.
