Yesterday, I went to Pick 'n Pay in Centurion Mall in the hope of finding an item I earlier tried to find at another retailer. I found the last one on the shelf and noticed the price was R 2.00 more than at the other supplier, however, I decided to purchase the product.
When Millicent ringed up the product, I noticed the price is R 2.00 more than on the shelf and I mentioned it to her. Grace immediately went to the shelf and brought the price card, confirming my statement.
There was no issue, no arguments, only smiles and a book was brought to me to sign and then I got the product for free!
This is what I call good customer service - thank you Millicent and Grace!
