Unfortunately, this branch is the nearest to my place of work. This is one of the many instances where I have been charged more than the price on the shelf. Not to mention groceries being and then the security cameras "didn't work for that till". This time, I only noticed when I walked out. Knowing from the last three times how long it takes, to actually rectify the problem I have decided not to go back. But just to let you know, I was charged 25% more than the shelf price for Rainbow Chicken burgers. I can't help to think something must be happening at this store because its happened so many times. And instead of getting charged the price an item is marked for, you need to fill in a return of product slip. So the shelf price doesn't get changed. You "return" the product, nothing is ever mentioned of the price on the shelf being wrong. I've also experienced a teller, making up a price for fresh goods by weighing it twice, sticking two stickers on, because she reckoned the price was too low. Please do something at this branch, it is a major pain and frustration to have to go there and tolerate this. What about the people who don't notice... where does that extra money go?
