In November 2013 my mother of 76 went to the store and bought laminated floor cleaner. The price stickers on the bottom shelf where the product was kept, (there were 4 stickers) all indicated the same price. When my mother got to the till the product had a much higher price. The store did not care that they mislead the customers or that the pricing on the shelf was not for the product on that shelf, she just had to pay the much higher amount. They did not apologise nor offer to accommodate for their mistake.

Then in the beginning of December 2013 I went to buy fresh cream that was advertised on a special. The product was out of stock for more than a day and they once again did not keep to their promise of giving you another suppliers product at the price of the special. They did not even try to assist, just stated they are waiting for the product to arrive.

I find the shop's management unhelpful and feel they are not looking after their customers. I will rather support another store than go back to them.
