Since reactivating my account in May 2012, I have paid my installments on the 25th of every month. Foschini only started picking up my payments in September 2012 after I had notified 4 different people in the accounts dept of these payments. They have charged me interest regardless of the fact that I paid on time and recently they have started billing me for lost card and funeral cover without my consent. I have spoken the accounts department, I have mailed them and have had no response.
