Bad service ever in my life

I paid cash for the couch that was on special and paid them transport at the same time, while I was waiting for them to deliver the couch another sales person sell the same couch to another customer and the customer collect couch at the very same time. They call me and come up with stories

They said they will courier couch from another branch for the past 3 weeks even know I am still waiting. The store manager contacted me Saturday (29 June) and told me the couch has arrive he will let me know once they offload it and guess what no one contacted me, I had to phone them today (2 July) to find out when I am getting what I paid for and they said the courier company delivered boxes only without the couches

I hope South Africa can see all this and stop buying at house and home festival mall

I wonder who hired all those unprofessional managers at that branch, to keep the business running I think head office they must just replace them with professional managers

They don't even bother to contact me, I am the one who keeps calling them
