CHRISTENE ADAMS IS MY HERO

There isn't enough space to describe it, but suffice it to say that a short trip to my local P&P on Monday night, turned into an absolute nightmare due to the absolute lack of interest, negative attitudes and spiteful, rude behaviour displayed by a cashier and her supervisor. I was exceptionally upset and on the verge of tears after a 45 minute wait. When I then insisted on seeing a manager, I landed up with Christene Adams and I know that, right there, my life was touched and changed forever. She is clearly a star in her field, so Christene resolved the service issue immediately and super-efficiently but, moreover, she absolutely blew me away with the care she took of ME. Christene is one of those rare jewels who has the ability to really connect on a personal level and make clients feel valued and recognised as human beings. She radiates warmth, kindness, patience and actual honest care. Her integrity and special gift with people are rare qualities that I hope Pick & Pay not only recognizes and rewards regularly, but also treasures as assets. I wish this exceptional, 1 in a million, beautiful person much prosperity and happiness - P&P, you are very lucky to have Christene!
