PAID CASH BUT STIL NO FURNITURE

My mom purchased lounge suite, plasma stand and coffee table in April 2013 and paid cash.
she's been calling the branch in Polokwane and they told her that they'll deliver soon.
i also called on 21/06/2013 and the person responsible was not in and another lady assisted me, and called my mom and promised that they'll deliver by the 28th. My mom is still waiting for her furniture even today.
This people are so unreliable my mom is so frustrated and starting to think that they have somehow her money.

please deliver my mom's stuff as soon as possible. my mom is a pensioner and doenst know what to do anymore if this is how Rochester treats its customers they'll loose them...
