On the evening of 26 June 2013, attempted to withdraw money from ATM. Transaction cancelled yet R5000 debited to account. Called customers services no help 15 day wait for amount to be credited. Visited Branch as requested - No help all stated "NOT OUR PROBLEM"
Through all sorts of calls etc finally came out to Christene Diederichs of Operations Shared Services of Standard Bank and within 0ne hour, yes one hour monies credited to the account. Just shows what some people can do. Thank you Christene you deserve more!!!
