EXCELLENT CUSTOMER RELATIONS! 5 STARS!

Package arrived in SA and detained at Customs with a questionable Health product. I struggled with staff of DHL Customer services on 1/10/2013 to resolve this issue of discarding the product but retaining the remaining order. The results disheartening as all information was conflicting and absolutely not aimed at finding a solution.

Today 2/102013 NDIMPHIWE ADAMS (DHL ZA) responded to my email and called me. He is an absolute 5 Star Gentleman. My issue was resolved instantly!
