Shoprite
Manager needs to be replaced

Everytime I go to this shoprite to but an item or more I am always faced with poor service, bad attitudes and long queues. Today I went to buy bread. Needless to say I was faced with the same situation as before. Clearly, the mamanager on board doesn't have leadership skills, and I urge someone to replace him or her. A manager ensures a flow in productivity but all I see at this store is laziness, bad attitudes and lack of enthusiasm. Its appauling and down-right disgusting. There's always one or two cashiers and the queues are always loong. The staff needs to go back to training because its evident that they don't know what their jobs entail.
