I was threatened by the cashie

I went to buy groceries as normal, cashier didn't have a packer. When I finished paying, she proceeded helping the next person in the queue so I kept quiet. When she was done she took her till to go cash up, whilst I'm waiting for her to pack my staff. I asked her whose gonna pack my staff she told me she's not a packer, I should go n tell the manager to pack for me. I proceeded to the manager as per instruction. I went to the "manager'' told him about the incident, he told me oh no that girl has a serious attitude problem. Manager called cashier Nomfundo, she started telling me off in front of her manager, she told me that I shouldn't speak to her like a child because I don't know her when she's out of duty pointing her index on my chest in front of her manager until a security guard intervened n told her not to speak to customers like that. I thought retailers had a policy that governs employee behaviour on the work place. I feel Nomfundo should be disciplined for her terrible known behaviour towards customers.
