Pathetic excuse for a Manage

Hi

My mom just went to the Mitchell's Plain store now to purchase the John West Salmon which is on special for R19.99. In the aisle she asked the staff if it is limited, they in return said no. Anyways my mom then took and proceeded to the till. It was quite full and the line was also extremely long. She was for nearly 2 hours in the shop. Upon finally getting to the till, the cashier said but it is limited she will have to call the manager. The packer then went to the managers office and he said no she can't take it. My mom then requested to speak with him so that she can ask him personally, he then came with such an attitude and made such as scene much to the embarasment of my mom. How extremely rude and unprofessional. He said to her Checkers is not a wholesaler, with total disrespect. Who does this man think he is? Wow a manager??? This matter will have to be dealt with urgently or we will have to take it to Senior Management. Extremely disapointing. She's been shopping there for years and never has any manager treated her in this manner before. Is this the service that Checkers will be providing??? Urgent feedback plz, mom humiliated infront of customers...
