Refuse to cancel the airtime Contract

Hi
i have a airtime Contract with Jet Cellular, which i receive R100 airtime and 25 SMS per month, i have contacted the store many times to cancel the contract, as i am unable to load BIS. i have spoken to about 5 different people regarding the cancellation of my contract and to this very moment i am still receiving Airtime.
can anyone please assist me with this matte
