I have a contract with Cell C.The contract was done telephonically as they had found my name from ITC since I have a good credit record. When they discussed the terms and conditions of the contract, I was not told that I won`t be able to load airtime on my cellphone since it is a contract. I bought airtime today because I had used the one I get monthly and surprisingly I got a note that says error please contact the call centre"When I contacted them, they are telling me only now that I can`t load airtime on this contract. This is an important information and it should have been explained when an agreement was telephonically done. At first, they did not tell me that 0860 numbers are special numbers and cannot be called using free minutes but will take directly as a billed amount. These are all indications of a sub standard service that I don`t expect from any service provider. Ironically, I am experiencing it from a service provider that always claim to be the best when they are communicating. It makes sense why their services are cheap: the poor quality of the service makes up for the low costs.
