Motani lounge suite cushions flat after 6 months

We purchased a R21000 lounge suite cash at UFO Vereeniging on the 31st of October 2012. After 6 months the cushions on the seating and arms have gone flat leaving a very uncomfortable suite to sit on. I phoned and spoke to Mariska who said I should email them which I did (20 May 2013) I attached photos to give them an idea of the complaint. I received an email saying the Durban branch will sort the problem. After numerous emails to Vereeniging branch, last one being the 12th of June, no one has contacted me. I get the impression its a pass the buck situation and after 12 months I will get a response of... oh sorry warranty expired. In the meantime we have spent a lot of money and the cushions are getting worse by the day. The leather is perfect and clean, no damage. So abuse will not be an excuse for UFO. Wow, we have your money sucker, the service is non existent. Disgusted. I would like a reponse from them.
