After being a customer for years and spending a considerable amount. I found an item in your Fourways branch. The first problem being that even though you advertise the item it is only going to arrive in the country at the end of July (with a further couple of weeks for dispatch). After some thought I decided to wait as I liked the item and then went out to the Boksburg branch (as the Bedford Centre branch could not book furniture) 3rd time lucky.

Upon arrival I was greeted by sales persons that seemed to be more interested in company policy than meeting my needs. I understand from the store that I cannot have the item delivered to the store i.e. this is a chair that I can easily load in my bakkie. The only option is to pay upfront then head out to Centurion to collect upon arrival or "pay" an additional R400 (10% cost) to have this delivered. The sales manager proceeded to explain to me the policy around the size of an item... I am sorry but I should of the choice of collection at the store that I purchase from.

Even though I have spent a lot in your stores previously I have decided that this is manipulation - what happened to the customer service?
