Incompetent and unprofessional

Hi Peter, On Friday I received a post from Edgars saying that I have not paid my account for some time and that I am owing them an amount of about R7000 something and when I went to the branch to enquire they told me about the transactions that I did which I am so certain and I swear to I did not use to buy anything from Edgars since I paid it up on March this year, and all the transactions has been done to places I have not even been before and to my shock my maximum credit limit was only R5500 and now they say I am owing R7000 something, I regret even opening an account with them and I am currently consulting my representatives on the way forward to this as it might mess up my name with the credit bureau. I cannot pay for something I dont know about. I know my CPA rights.
