HANDED OVER TO CREDIT BUREAU, WHILST UNEMPLOYED

Hi,

I've notified Edgars on the 11th June that I did not receive May and June's pay and that I will pay my account when I receive my pay. I've also attached a letter dated 11 June from my employer confirming that they did not paid me yet.
Although I did not receive my salary, I paid an amount of R1000 on the 14th June (I've arranged an overdraft at my bank).
I also paid an amount of R1000 on the 7th July - again out of my overdraft capital.

Edgars gave my acount over to the CREDIT BUREAU - as a SLOW PAYER!!!

I have to look for another job, EDGARS refuse to take my name off the Credit Bureau unless I pay the premium that's in arrears!

How must I pay them without money? The Personnel agency are doing credit checks before they submit your CV to potential Employers! Event though I've explained all of the above to EDGARS, they still refuse to clear my name!!!
They kick you whilst lying on the floor!!

Please help?

i will pay my account the minute I am employed again!
