BALANCE NOT DECREASING

I had been paying my edgars account religiously until i decided to enquire about how much i was owing after making a couple of payments only to find i was still owing the same amount that i owed right from the start i asked as to why this was and they said it was arears that i was owing which i had already settled how is there arears when u are paying every month??? im very disatisfied and would like to close this account as it has now given me a bad credit record im very upset and will no longer be doing any more business with edgars even if it will be cash
