Builders Warehouse not delivering!

On the 7th of September 2013 I bought a Ryobi Sliding Mitre Saw from Builders Warehouse in eMelahleni. The item was on special but no stock was available?? I paid for the item (R2597.00) as i was told it would be delivered as soon as possible. The item was bought for someone else that would come to Middelburg from KZN in two weeks.

I made an enquiry on thursday the 19th and was told the item will be at store on the 20th. On the 20th we went to the store (from Middelburg) and we were told that the item is in fact not there and will only arrive the next day. On the 21st we again travelled to eMalahleni only to be told the item will in fact now only arrive on Sunday the 22nd. I contacted the store this morning and again the item is not there. The people now have to go back to KNZ empty handed and i have egg on my face!!

This is in extreme contrast to the service we recieved from the Builders Express branch in Middelburg where they travelled to Johannesburg to bring us an item the very next day!
