I AM STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK AS PROMISED!

On Sunday the 24th of this month when I was at uShaka Marine with my kids, I went to book a big locker to put my staff in while we're swimming the Cashier who helped me told me it was R80 and he will give me R50 when I return the key and he told me they leave at 17:30pm by 17:00pm I was at the change rooms which is just next to the Cashier, finished and came out at about 17:25pm to return the key and the Cashier was gone and nowhere to be found went to the enquiry room next to the Cashier stand knocked and knocked and noone came to help but there were people talking inside, I don't know if they were ignoring us. I saw a security who said he did tell the Cashier to wait as there's still people in the change rooms hense the Cashier just left, the Security was so helpful he took me to the Control room where they called a guy by the name of Marius who asked us to leave the keys and our contact details at the Control room and he will contact me the next day (Monday) and arrange for me on how will I get my R50 back, till today I am still waiting. Noone has called to apologise or give me feedback on the whole insident.
