ARROGANT AND RUDE CASHIER

The cashier at Till no 14 who had no name tag gave me bad attitude and she was rude @14:40. She was on the till marked "SPECIAL NEEDS CUSTOMERS' and I was in a que fo express. I suddenly realised that she was free and tumbling her fingers then I went to her to help. She blatantly refused and said I must go to the express que which was long. I then asked her if she was aware the sign says SPECIAL NEED and not SPECIAL NEED CUSTOMERS ONLY. Her reply was shocking as she said it is not her problem and when I asked her she is free and why would she not assist she said NO she wont help me. Her colleague next to her on Till 13 pleaded with her to help me as I only had 2 items and she was free, she stiil REFUSED. I have had bad service from Pick N Pay staff and have let it slide and this time I think I had enough of bad attitude and service. What irks me more is that a WHITE lady came and I asked her if she was gonna help her cause she is not old nor disabled and she said I must move cause she wants to help that physically able bodied WHITE client. I went again to check on the service manager and the Cashier at Till number 14 she still did not have her name tag on. I feel disrespected.
