On 08/08 I bought a defy washing machine. It was delivered on 12/08. I used it for the first time on 13/08. It washed 2 bundles and then when switched on again the next morning all the lights went on and nothing worked. My husband phoned Makro who got someone of Defy to help. He told my husband to try a few things and see if it worked. It did not. My husband phoned Makro again who said they will lock a fault and someone will get back to us. After another day went by and no one came back I phoned Makro and was told that no call or fault was locked!! Someone of Defy will call me on Monday. A lady from Defy phoned me on Monday and asked us to do the same things we already tried that did not work. She said a technician will come out and have a look. It is Thursday and still no one showed!! I don't want a technician I want a NEW WORKING MACHINE!!! I paid a lot of money for something that is not working properly. MAKRO must bring me a new machine and sort the damaged broken one with defy on their own time. I bought the machine with my sisters makro card Mrs Drotsky but payment was made with my debit card MRS Fichardt!! I will not support Makro again!! Please I HAVE WASHING TO DO!!!
