Unprofessional and Unethical Behaviou

With reference to my previous complaint I was contacted by Cynthia (Customer Service) and then Bib in Legal dept who agreed to honour Boardmans unprofessional Marketing methods to sell products when they admitted to be in the wrong and I was correct in bringing the matter to their attention. Bibi in Legal dept agreed to honour the price issue by providing 2 gift vouchers for the 2 seperate purchases made at the Lakeside Branch now decline to honour the pricing error by the Store Manager Caroline who had an attitude as they she was the first lady of the USA... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..WHERE DO THEY GET THESE UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCOUTH to run stores or try to be store managers... shameful.
