I WANTED TO BUY BOOTS USING MY HUSBANDS CREDIT CARD.REQUESTED I.D BOOK WHICH I DIDNT HAVE. SHE THEN CALLED HER MANAGER TO ASSIST BUT SHE FAILED TO EXPLAIN WHY SHE NEEDED MY ID. SHE KEPT SAYING ITS PROCEDURE BUT SHE FAILED TO EXPLAIN THAT TO ME THE PROCEDURE. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT KIND OF MANAGER SHE IS? SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO ASSIST THE CLIENT BECAUSE SHE HAS THE AUTHORITY BUT SHE LACKS KNOWLEDGE AND CONFIDENCE. I FELT LIKE A CRIMINAL BECAUSE I WAS TREATED LIKE ONE. ACCORDING TO CPA I HAVE A RIGHT TO EQUALITY IN THE CONSUMER MARKET AND THE RIGHT TO DISCLOSURE AND INFROMATION. MAGGY BRINGS THE BRAND'S NAME TO LOWER STANDARDS AS SHE IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND COMPETENT. IT IS QUESTIONABLE HOW SHE GOT THE POSITION.
