Birthday Gift Damaged and Still Waiting

I purchased a Morphy Richards Pressure Cooker at Boardmans Riverside Mall at the beginning of March as a birthday gift to my wife.

The unit seemed to be a previous return, as on first use, it gave an Error on the screen, and not even all the accessories OR user manual was in the box, as mentioned on the outside of the box.

The staff, not even the Manager was helpful at the store on return of the unit. I asked them to source this specific unit from another store or order one from the supplier on which they just looked at me and said "sorry we don't have"

I bought this with a boardmans voucher, after which the staff refunded the amount on my account. I received a reference number (Product Reference 1895857) that the unit is being sourced, but have not heard anything from anyone in 3 weeks. Not even a follow up.

I am still awaiting for my product from Boardmans. This is really inconvenient.
