About 3 months ago we paid up my account! Every last sent!
2 months ago I received an account statement saying I have subscribed
To a cellphone subscription (which I cancelled last year NEVER used it!)
I phoned customer service and asked them to cancel it, by which 2 ladies spoke to me
And both of them we're so rude! And told me in 48hours somebody will phone me and help me with the cancellation which also never happened!!
A few days later I received my new account statement which also said I still had this outstanding account so I decided to hellopeter Edgars! The next day a very rude women phoned me and said that it wasn't at all necessary to hellpeter them for the next statement I get will be cleared (must add this lady also had very bad manners and a real bad attitude!
This morning I received my new statement and it's not at all cleared!
This is real bad service! And I am so fed up with this!!!
