Refusing to take back an item bought

I bought a pair of shoes for a friend on Friday 21st of June 2013, and the shoes dont fit my friend the size is too small. I adviced my Friend to take them back with the slip which he did. I bought the shoes at the Grove Mall (Markham) and due to lack of transport he had to return them to the Markham in Mamelodi Denlyn yesterday which way Monday 24th of June 2013. I'm pleased with this and will take more actions if possible.
