Good day i hereby complain with the the way Joshua doore is not being fair to me as i had taken a fridge for a 24 months contract and managed to settle the account last year on the 05/10/2012. the consultant told me the letter would be sent to me within 48hours however i got it after close to 2 weeks, and i recieved it on the 02/10/2012 i settled the account on the 05/10/2012 followed the instruction on the letter that as soon as i settle i should send it to [Email Removed] of which i did, i dont understand why this account still appears under my ITC as an active account when i settled it last year, on Wednesday last week i called Joshua Doore and did not manage to get through so i sent them an email to [Email Removed] and till today nothing was done or said to me, this is pathetic and i urge them to clear the account on ITC, or else my next step from here is to contact the Ombudsman, maybe then they'll take me serious.
