Incompetant, Utterly P OFF

I had an account with Joshua Doore 2 / 3 years ago. They blacklisted me because I chose to pay them cash in full for the remainder of my account balance. The debit order was stopped (Because the account was paid up Duh???) In any event I am still Black listed because of their stupidity and incompetance. Their call centre agents are pathetic with no phone etiquette whatsoever. I want this matter to be resolved ASAP, this is ridiculous!!!
